Bilingual: English and Mandarin Can speak English and Chinese, and be able to read and write. Have good driving experience. Able to carry more than 60 pounds of cargo. Seafood experience preferred, but not required. Working hours are generally from 2 o'clock to 10 o'clock in the evening, and you can work overtime and weekends when necessary. Educational requirements: Bachelor degree or above. U.S. citizen or green card holder. Job Responsibilities: - Pick up and deliver seafood - Pack seafood, deliver and distribute. -Manage employees of 5+ staff, including scheduling, attendance, performance appraisal, recruiting and training new employees. -Manage and coordinate picking, packing, processing, receiving and inventory control activities. -Manage employee performance. - Familiar with Quickbooks software, entry and billing.
