Our rare earth magnets are critical to the green energy initiative, it's used in Electric Vehicle Powertrain, Wind Power Turbines, and Mobile Phone Actuation (speaker, camera, vibration etc). Our customers are the premier American makers of those products. Diamond Bar, CA Responsibilities: · Report to President Sales and Marketing, to find and develop customers in North America · Prepare and attending tradeshows, visiting customers, some travel is required · Help customers find the most optimal product solution or their application · Contacting and follow up to customer’s requests and work closely with our China Engineering and Production teams · Initiate and lead in dealings with the customers that includes commercial issues, logistical issues, quality issues · Conduct research on current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter, and then contextualize your findings Qualifications: 1)Bilingual in Mandarin and English (Reading, Speaking and Writing) 2)Proactive and concise communicator (both verbal and written) 3)Possess emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills 4)Team player with a "solutions, no-blame"mentalityAdaptive, flexible, detail-oriented and eager to learn 5)Self-motivated, diligent, resourceful, and organized - able to work independently and reliably without being micromanaged 6)Strong project management skills 7)Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines 8)Familiar with Excel, Power Point, Word, and email If you are int
