HIRING ATTORNEY

An established law firm with cases throughout New York City seeking a full-time associate attorney, with 3+ years experience either in matrimonial, family, or immigration law. Immigration law with knowledge of deportation, removal proceedings, employment law preferred. Candidates must be admitted to New York State Bar. Fluent in Chinese is a plus. Responsibilities include but not limited to legal research, preparation of pleadings and motions, discovery, depositions, and trial work, attend court conferences and participate in all phases of litigation. The candidate must have good communication skills, organized, self-motivated, with excellent writing and research skills.
