Responsibilities Partnership warehouse visit and inspection in a weekly base Report difficulties and protentional issues to manager and monitor their strategies application Record inventory random check accuracy and damaged item for compensation New Partnership warehouse rate configuration, WMS system training and workers SOP orientation and training Qualifications knowledge of warehouse procedure and policy would be a big plus Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities Ability to work with all levels of company staff Comfortable delivering frequent direct written and oral feedback Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
