Job responsibilities 1. FA team formation (sort out and count the fault information and establish a failure analysis team); 2. Failure cause analysis (using 8D logic, skillfully using FTA, fishbone diagram, 5WHY and other methods to analyze failure causes, including cell & module disassembly); 3. Improve the overall planning of meetings (convene team members, discuss and formulate analysis, and improve the verification plan); 4. Follow up the implementation of improvement measures (timely follow up and confirm the improvement verification effect); 5. FA statistics and experience sharing, and output 8D report (form lesson learning and form a closed loop); 6. Coordination of resources related to the analysis process; 7. Report to customers as required. Job requirements: 1. At least 3 years FA related experience or at least 1 year BMS related working experience is preferred; 2. Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics, materials or machinery; 3. Understand the structure and functional principle of lithium battery and power battery system, as well as the production and manufacturing process, and master the failure mechanism of the system involving machinery, electricity, chemistry, heat and so on; 4. Understand scientific and engineering analysis methods such as FTA, fishbone diagram and 5WHY, and have strong logical thinking ability; 5. Can use CATIA and other drawing software, can identify 3D drawing and product explosion drawing, skillfully use office software, and have certain data analysis and processing ability; 6. Have a sense of teamwork, strong communication skills and strong pressure resistance; 7. Proficient in foreign language listening, speaking, reading and writing (English, German, French, Spanish, Japanese, etc.). 1、FA团队组建（对故障信息进行整理与统计，组建失效分析团队）； 2、失效原因分析（使用8D逻辑，熟练利用FTA、鱼骨图和5Why等方法分析失效原因，包含电芯&模组拆解)； 3、改善会议统筹（召集团队成员，讨论并制定分析，改善验证计划）； 4、改善措施落地跟进（及时跟进并确认改善验证效果）； 5、FA统计与经验分享，并输出8D报告（形成lesson learnt并形成闭环）； 6、分析过程相关资源协调； 7、按需求对接客户汇报。 1、3年以上FA相关经验or有1年以上BM
