Accounting/ Office Manager 财务/办公室经理 Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate & execute established global account for both internally & externally. Assist the CEO with all aspects of LA office operations. Work closely with CFO in China to develop strategies for financial performance monitoring and approval process Hire, coach, develop and discipline employees within areas of responsibility Manage department budgets, labor hours, and other office daily work Manage the company’s financial accounts, payrolls, budget, cash receipts and financial assets Handle the company’s transactions and debts and do cash flow forecasting Reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers Managing income and expenditure accounts Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations with CPA Requirements: Experience working cross-functionally, both internally and externally US Bachelor's Degree in Accounting,Finance United States Citizen or National Skilled communicator, oral and written in Mandarin and English Self-starter with a strong work ethic, high attention to detail and organization, and strong time management skills, with the ability to develop creative ways Familiar with American laws ,tax and regulations 提醒:未看见实物之前不要急着汇款或交保证金避免受骗。
