Warehouse CSR Looking for Warehouse Customer Service Representative. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary liaison between our customers and warehouse operations. This role involves managing order processing, resolving inquiries, and ensuring timely, accurate fulfillment of all orders while supporting general warehouse activities. Required Skills and Qualifications Specify the necessary skills and experience for a successful candidate: Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus). Experience: Proven experience in customer service or a related field; knowledge of warehouse operations or logistics is a strong advantage. Technical Skills: Proficiency with computer systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to quickly learn order management or warehouse management systems (WMS). Soft Skills: Excellent communication (written and verbal), strong problem-solving abilities, detail-oriented nature, and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
