Responsible for evaluating and approving loan applications and providing professional loan consulting services. No experience is okay, if you have a deep interest in the financial services industry, we offer paid training. The first three months of training require onsite training every day, and after three months it can be fully remote! Directly remote if you have an MLO license! The Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant assists with loan processing, manages the loan pipeline and ensures timely completion of documentation. Communicate effectively and provide regular updates to clients, real estate agents and attorneys involved in the loan process. Support marketing efforts and customer development. Handle administrative tasks and ensure smooth loan processing. Call potential clients and build relationships. Excellent communication skills, able to communicate fluently in Chinese and English. Base salary + commission. Provide proof of employment. Base salary is $48,000/year, plus additional bonus opportunities.
