Description
1. Participate in relevant exhibitions around the world to collect supplier and customer information and report it (main business travel locations are Hong Kong, South Korea, and Canada). 2. Responsible for daily sorting and uploading of suppliers' quotations. 3. Track project progress, specify project plans and schedules, and update project progress reports in a timely manner. 4. Coordinate the cooperation of project stakeholders, including internal teams, suppliers, partners and customers, to ensure the achievement of project goals. 5. Collect, organize and analyze project data and information to provide support for project decision-making and reporting. 6. Assist in solving problems and risks in the project and follow up on the implementation of relevant corrective measures. 7. Responsible for the management and archiving of project files and documents, including contracts, agreements, meeting minutes and decision-making documents, etc. 1. Proficient in English and German, with excellent oral and written expression skills. 2. Have good negotiation and communication skills and be able to work effectively with suppliers and internal teams. 3. Have business awareness and market sensitivity, and understand industry trends and price changes. 4. Have good time management and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Have relevant project management or work experience in related fields. 5. Applicants with German driving license will be given priority. 6. Applicants who are able to travel all year round will be given priority. 7. Proficient in using Office and Excel spreadsheets, those with good computer skills will be given priority.
