Urgent recruitment [Instructional Design - New Grad] Work location: San Francisco, CA (remote accepted) Job requirements: Assist Instructional Desinger with content creation and management of the learning management system, and assist with project management reception and tracking; regularly participate in virtual meetings, present progress summaries at weekly meetings, understand the business background and provide customer support strategies; build and improve employees, especially front-line employees, in communication, problem solving and objection handling skills; Bachelor degree or above, Instructional Design//Graphic Design/Communications/Education preferred; Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience successfully working and collaborating among stakeholdersPreferred; Experience operating graphic design, video editing or digital learning, project management software, Camtasia, Illustrator or Photoshop is a big plus.
