Event Assistant Recruitment (Full-time or Part-time)

Tianyu Arts & Culture Inc. was established in 2014, with its US office in Chicago. Since its establishment, it has held an average of 8-10 large-scale live events every year in various cities in the United States. In response to the company's development needs, we are now recruiting 3 event project assistants. The specific job content, requirements and remuneration are as follows: 1. Responsible for organizing logistics arrangements at the event site, such as arranging workers to load and unload goods, leasing equipment, etc.; 2. Responsible for on-site translation and communication coordination between domestic team engineers and local partners in the United States to ensure the smooth completion of the project; 3. Responsible for the daily life arrangements of domestic team engineers in the United States, including but not limited to accommodation, transportation, meals and other daily purchases; 4. Assist in the transportation logistics of U.S. warehouses, such as warehouse receipt and delivery or arranging warehouse work for domestic team engineers; 5. Other temporary tasks for the engineering department or project department 1. Bachelor degree or above, with more than 2 years of work experience is preferred; 2. Fluent in Chinese and English, able to use English as a working language; 3. Candidates with logistics management experience, project operation experience or construction engineering experience are preferred, but not a necessary employment condition; 4. Able to adapt to long-term business trips (domestic business trips in the United States, 1-3 months); 5. Have a US driver's license, a good driving record, and be able to adapt to occasional long-distance driving; 6. Be able to adapt to working on holidays or weekends; 7. Be able to work legally in the United States and pay taxes 1. Starting salary of $2,500 or above, with a year-end bonus of at least 2 times the salary; 2. The company will provide accommodation and meals during the project; 3. Flexible work system, no work requirements, and paid holidays during off-season or between projects; 4. Medical insurance (dental, vision and general medical insurance) will be provided after three months of employment. 5. Opportunities for promotion and annual salary increases will be provided. 6.
