Job title: Beauty Advisor / Cosmetic Sales Associate Work location: XXX shopping mall / counter / cosmetics retail store (specific address) Job type: Full-time / Part-time Working hours: X days per week, X hours per day (negotiable) Salary: 5500 + commission + bonus (specific negotiable) We are looking for a cosmetics sales consultant who loves beauty, has strong communication skills, and has sales experience to be responsible for in-store cosmetics sales, customer consultation and product recommendation. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in skin care and makeup and be able to provide professional beauty advice to enhance customer experience and sales. 1. Product sales and customer service: proactively receive customers, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate cosmetics and skin care products. Explain product features, usage methods and effects, and provide personalized suggestions. Conduct makeup demonstrations or skin care consultations to help customers try products. Promote sales and improve personal and store sales performance. 2. Merchandise display and inventory management. Responsible for the placement, replenishment and maintenance of in-store products, ensuring that the display area is clean and orderly. Monitor inventory to ensure that best-selling products are not in stock, and report purchase requirements in a timely manner. Participate in promotional activities and arrange store displays to attract customers 3. Member maintenance and customer relationship management Record customer purchase records, maintain customer files, and provide follow-up services Develop member customers, increase the proportion of repeat customers, and enhance customer loyalty Promote new products and promotional information through social media or in-store activities 4. Performance goals and team collaboration Cooperate with the store manager to complete sales goals and achieve individual and team performance Participate in brand training to improve product knowledge and sales skills Cooperate with team members to optimize service experience and enhance the overall image of the store ✅ Educational requirements: High school degree or above (majors in beauty, marketing, retail management, etc. are preferred) ✅ Work experience: At least Language requirements: Fluent English (candidates who can speak Chinese/Spanish/French are preferred) Have teamwork spirit and be able to adapt to the fast-paced retail environment.
