Recruiting a live-in aunt

Due to work reasons, we need to recruit a nanny. She is mainly responsible for three meals a day and household hygiene for an elderly person. She has a driver's license and can drive between 35 and 55 years old. She is in good health, is careful and organized, and can use home smart appliances.
