HQS Automotive Quality Management Company is recruiting a San Leandro foreman: Work location: San Leandro 94577 Morning shift: 8:00AM-4:30PM 1. Responsible for the reasonable layout and management of the warehouse area, and conduct inspection, repair and processing of auto parts on the production line; 2. Report the warehouse inventory status at any time to ensure that the quantity of goods is consistent with the required quantity; 3. Manage the warehouse team to ensure that the receiving, packaging, shipping and other processes are carried out normally, and report the warehouse work situation to the superior in a timely manner; 4. Supervise and guide employees' work, clearly understand and be familiar with the work instructions (WI), know the difference between scrap and repair, clearly understand product quality standards and ensure that operations comply with standards, and improve efficiency; 5. Clearly understand the use of various labels and stickers of different colors, and supervise and check whether employees operate incorrectly; 6. Send reports to the work group every day. Including Supervisor Inspection Daily Log Book, Issue Report, and Daily Report. 1. Warehousing-related work experience, those with experience in management positions equivalent to supervisors will be given priority; 2. Strong problem-solving and communication skills, reporting problems to supervisors immediately and communicating with them to resolve problems, fluent communication in both Chinese and English, and proficiency in using a pallet jack; 3. Have a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, be hard-working, able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure, work carefully, and can work for a long time.
