Key requirements: Business trips are required, and English proficiency is required for daily communication: 1. Responsible for establishing and improving warehousing and logistics management systems, and responsible for daily management; 2. Responsible for warehousing operation management, coordination and control, material planning and inventory management; 3. Based on business needs, formulate and implement mid- and long-term warehousing development plans 4. Control warehousing costs and be responsible for the effective management and control of inventory goods; 5. Establish a safety loss prevention system to control and reduce losses 6. Responsible for the optimization of operating processes, ensuring production capacity and per capita production efficiency, and being able to properly handle various emergencies; 7. Master the operation of all aspects of logistics, and be able to monitor data changes, and adjust manpower allocation in real time; 8. Responsible for the construction and management of warehousing teams, and stimulate team passion; 10. Have the ability to write SOPs with high accuracy 11.
