Conduct complex quantitative and qualitative analysis of financial and workforce data. ** Manage and lead priority projects that support organization-wide transformation initiatives. **Identifies the need for new or improved HR processes and drives the development and implementation of these processes. ** Work with senior colleagues in the Center of Expertise to apply sufficient human resources to meet business needs. ** Manage company employee recruitment, files, contracts, wages, employee entry and exit procedures, social security, medical insurance, etc. ** Manage each warehouse contract, rent, and communication with landlords, etc. ** Manage and formulate rules and regulations for each warehouse office and site, standardize each warehouse business process, work safety process, etc. ** Able to set vision and goals for the human resources team, and motivate the team to achieve excellence in customer support and core human resources processes ** A truly hands-on approach, and the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of employees to ensure high levels of employee engagement ** Successfully build and drive effective and positive employee relations, retention and reward programs ** 2+ years of HR Business Partner experience ** Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ** Strong project management and process development skills. ** Good interpersonal management skills. ** Excellent quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, including financial analysis skills.
