· Gather sales information for loan applications · Assess customer scenarios such as credit history, assets, salary, debt, employment status, and package loans. · Fill out 1003 loan applications through Calyx Point · Research titles, run credit scores, and correct errors in applications for clients · Evaluate orders and ensure they are returned on time · Check file documents for incorrect information. · Closing out work with escrow, lenders and clients. · Clarify lender’s conditions prior to financing and loan approval. · Supervise clerical tasks such as sorting and sending emails · Answer phone calls, receive and send messages · Good written and oral communication skills · Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) · Adobe basic knowledge · Attention to detail and analytical thinking · Strong time management skills and the ability to operate within demanding deadlines If you are interested, please send your resume to !!
