Provide professional posture and body improvement guidance to ensure customers achieve their intended goals. Regularly track client progress and adjust plans. Educate clients about healthy lifestyles. Provide professional diet and nutrition counseling to help clients develop healthy eating plans. A personalized nutrition plan is developed based on the client's health goals, body shape needs and lifestyle. Monitor client's dietary progress and provide feedback and suggestions for adjustments. Educate clients on nutrient-dense food choices and eating habits. Keep track of the latest nutritional research and trends to ensure science-based dietary advice. Design and implement personalized fitness training programs to meet clients' health and fitness goals. Provide on-site or remote training guidance to ensure customers correctly perform exercise movements. Monitor client's exercise progress and adjust training plan as needed. Educate clients on exercise techniques, conditioning and injury prevention. Promote healthy lifestyles and help clients achieve their goals through regular evaluation and feedback. You will assist teachers or trainers with course preparation, delivery and student support. Your responsibilities include helping to manage the classroom, answering student questions, providing tutoring, and assisting teachers with teaching tasks.
