1. Participate in and lead the visual design of mobile and desktop products, and complete the implementation and development of related project product Web front-end prototypes and codes (PC Mobile) 2. Participate in product planning and creative processes, track product effects, propose design improvement plans, and ensure that the product has a good experience; 3. Based on user-centered design, propose reasonable design plans for product design, and promote the implementation of the plan; 4. Responsible for high-quality partial code design, undertake key business technical research, and ensure high reliability, high performance, and high scalability business support 5. Be able to research and analyze user needs and usage habits based on product business requirements, and independently complete product interface design and dynamic interaction demo production; 6. Pay attention to changes in design trends, have the ability to express different design languages, share design experience, and be enthusiastic about new things. 7. Continuously optimize the quality, performance, and user experience of related products. Improve business monitoring, alarm and physical examination assessment 8. Able to work closely with other designers, product managers and R&D in the team; explore and optimize the development model and process specifications of the front-end team to improve the efficiency of the team 9. Work closely with back-end developers to complete the overall development of the product. 1. Bachelor degree or above, art, design, computer and other related majors; 2. More than 3 years of UI design experience, able to independently undertake design work in product projects; 3. Familiar with iOS and Android platform specifications, possess mature design theories and techniques, and have the ultimate pursuit of design; 4. Proficient in HTML, CSS, W3C standards, common protocols, browser compatibility, and proficient in HTML5, CSS3 and ES6; 5. Possess cross-terminal front-end development capabilities PC Mobile, encourages the exploration of the integration of Native and Web technologies, and those who are proficient in Flutter development capabilities are preferred. 6. Proficient in JavaScript, jQuery, and have in-depth research and proficiency in at least two of vueJS and ReactJS. 7. Have a certain understanding of front-end engineering, modularization, and componentization, and have practical experience; 8. Have a deep understanding of product interaction design and user experience, and be able to make reasonable suggestions; 9. Have good teamwork spirit and have a clear concept and understanding of the Internet product design process. Passionate and proactive, with good learning ability; 7. Have successful online cases and design portfolios for reference. Real estate experience is preferred.
