Now recruiting nationwide: Job title: Field Representative 1. Design and develop network solutions according to customer needs 2. Configure, deploy and manage routers, switches, and wireless access points 3. Design, implement, and maintain site-to-site and client-to-site VPN and SD WAN services 4. Monitor, maintain, and optimize network performance and availability 5. Handle client network support issues 6. Arrange and support teammates to complete assigned tasks 7. Able to provide technical training to colleagues 1. 3+ years of experience in network engineering, infrastructure and hardware, including hands-on experience with transceivers, routing and switching. 2. Strong network fault analysis and troubleshooting capabilities, especially for network switches. 3. Bachelor's degree (computer science or related field) or equivalent education or experience required. 4. It is best to have relevant certificates in CCNA, CCNP, or AWS Cloud Certification (not required). 6. Proficient in using office software. 8. Up to 30% of the business trip time is acceptable.
