Our company is now recruiting an IT assistant, who will be additionally responsible for some driver management work. Our company is very formal, and wages are paid twice a month. Applicants with experience in using Jiandao Cloud will be given priority. The main job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Help company employees solve technical problems with electronic products (setting up new computers, installing software, connecting printers, etc.) Set up email, and manage passwords/create new accounts (computer, gmail, company email, corporate WeChat management). Proficient in using Windows systems and software Assist colleagues to solve computer-related problems Familiar with the management of e-commerce website Shopify. Manage products (upload/delete) and modify pages. Driver management: driver recruitment, management of various driver documents: urine test, employment, etc. Handle driver tickets and pump station warnings are sent back. Vehicle management: add insurance to the vehicle, change the driver, and keep vehicle-related documents.
