Fully responsible for the technical direction, system architecture and technology selection of the "City of Sky" game project. Build a cross-module development framework, covering core modules such as combat, construction, and trading systems. Lead technology development (Unity first), iterate core gameplay and functions. Manage remote development teams, formulate technical development processes and code specifications. Collaborate with product planners and art leaders to ensure the balance between game experience and performance. Participate in performance optimization, data security, back-end architecture design, etc. after the game is launched. Proficient in Unity or Unreal and other game engines, with complete game project development experience. Experience in more than 2 complete game development projects, at least 1 of which has been successfully launched. Familiar with game architecture design, with experience in building data synchronization from client to server. Able to independently lead a technical team of 3-5 people to promote the implementation of phased demos. Proficient in one or more mainstream game development languages such as C#/C++/Lua. Good remote communication and collaboration skills, and English reading and writing is preferred. Experience in massively multiplayer online games (MMO)/simulation management games. Have experience in independent games or start-up game teams. Interested and willing to participate in early project financing and technical roadshow support. Cooperation mode: full-time/core partner.
