•Work with senior management to establish the most realistic sales goals for the company. •Manage a designated geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales revenue and achieve corporate goals. •Build and manage effective programs to remediate, coach, evaluate and train sales personnel. •Execute sales activities to key accounts and negotiate product sales prices and discounts in consultation with senior management. •Manage and develop sales and sales support staff. •Work with senior management to develop sales strategies to increase market share across all product lines in the short and long term. •Work with senior management to establish and control budgeted items, sales promotions and related marketing trade show expenses.
