Motive Force Network Technology is located in Downtown Los Angeles and is a website design, website development and online promotion company. Now recruiting Sales and Marketing positions, good communication skills in Chinese and English, good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. Applicants with experience or related majors are preferred. Salary negotiable. Sales requirements: 1. Have a deep understanding of the Internet industry. 2. Have excellent communication skills, understand customer needs, grasp customer mentality, and be good at expanding and maintaining customer relationships. 3. Have keen insight and adaptability, be able to make accurate judgments on events, and have certain business negotiation skills. 4. Applicants with experience in Internet sales, website telephone sales, and advertising telephone sales will be given priority. 5. Through online and offline promotion models, develop new customers, maintain, consolidate and expand new and old customers to provide effective services to the company. 6. Accurately grasp and guide customer needs, provide customers with stable and thoughtful services, and provide optimization suggestions. 7. Actively cooperate with other departments and work partners and care about team performance. 8. Able to complete work tasks independently, judge customer effectiveness, and promote business opportunities. 9. Good time planning and application ability. 10. Be proficient in using Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Full-time working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9:00am-6:00pm, with a break from 1:00pm-2:00pm. Part-time work is at least 3 days per week, with working hours from 9:00am to 6:00pm and a break from 1:00pm to 2:00pm. Marketing part-time/full-time requirements: 1. Have more than 3 years of marketing-related work experience 2. Understand the latest technological development direction and market trends in the industry, and be able to quickly formulate effective and feasible marketing plans. 3. Able to establish and expand relationships with customers and all walks of life, establish a complete customer relationship system, and maintain good cooperative relationships with customers. 4. Comprehensively understand the demand characteristics of industry sales, sales trends and competitors' sales. 5. Good time management and application skills. 6. Actively cooperate with other departments and work partners and care about team performance. 8. Be able to use Word, Excel, and Powerpoint proficiently.
