Experienced talents [women preferred] * Manage existing business and develop new business to achieve company sales targets * Manage daily customer sales activities and monitor weekly sales performance * Report customer project status, forecast and progress weekly * Proactively manage customer relationships and provide support for long-term partnerships * Educate customers regularly about new technologies and market trends * Internal communication including headquarters to obtain sufficient support to win projects * Monitor North American market trends and provide market feedback for product development * 2 years of B2B sales or related industry experience is preferred * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Able to travel 30%-40%.
