We are looking for an experienced and motivated accountant to join our team. Responsibilities: 1. Perform full-cycle accounting and manage all aspects of accounting including invoicing, cash management, accounts payable receivable, fixed assets, payroll, and inventory control. 2. Prepare and analyze monthly financial reporting packages and report results to management. 3. Prepare internal transactions and consolidations. 4. Prepare bank reconciliations. 5. Acted as the Corporate Liaison with external CPA 6. Prepare monthly commission payout. 7. Help managers and other team members on various projects and analyzes when needed 8. Give recommendations for process improvements Requirement: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance with at least 3 years of experience in full-cycle accounting 2. Must have at least one year of experience in QuickBooks 3. Must be familiar with Excel 4. Detail-oriented, highly organized and can do multi-tasks 5. Excellent written and oral communications skills in BOTH English and Chinese, including the ability to work collaboratively.
