We are recruiting part-time accountants with practical experience in QuickBooks for S-Corp companies in the Bay Area. Responsible for monthly accounting management. Working hours are flexible, perfect for experts who are used to working independently! Use QuickBooks Desktop to handle daily accounting • Log in to Billings, AR, AP, Journal Entries for issuing invoices, expenses, payments, etc. • Monthly reconciliation (bank/credit card) Bank Statement & Reconciliation • Make monthly financial statements, including monthly profit and loss statements, balance sheets, etc. Financial Reports • Have more than 3 years of accounting experience in QuickBooks, QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification is welcome • Familiar with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Quickbooks… • Be careful, able to work independently, and communicate well with the team 💲 Salary: $30-35/hour 📌 Interview method and skills test: • Online video interview or office interview • You will be asked to complete a simple QuickBooks practical question (assess accuracy and time required).
