1. Assist in handling daily office administrative tasks, such as file management, meeting arrangements, office supplies procurement, etc. 2. Receive visiting guests and handle phone calls and email inquiries. 3. Assist in organizing internal and external activities of the company. 4. Complete other administrative tasks assigned by superiors. 1. Proficient in Chinese and English, those with relevant work experience will be given priority. 2. Familiar with office software operations, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. 3. Have good organizational and communication skills. 4. Able to handle multiple tasks and have good time management skills. 5. Able to be team-oriented, responsible and able to complete tasks independently. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 to 5.
