Personnel Administration HR&Administration Work location: Irvine (Hybrid) Job nature: Full Time 1. Participate in the recruitment work of each department, understand the recruitment needs of each team, and provide effective support for the recruitment process 2. Maintain current HR files and talent reserve databases to keep the data real-time 3. Responsible for employee onboarding and resignation processes, ensure smooth handover of work and equipment, and collect feedback for continuous improvement 4. Manage major human resources business modules such as salary and benefits, training, performance, employee identity, etc. 5. Regularly organize and execute team building activities to improve team cohesion and employee satisfaction. 6. Manage company documents, including the organization and archiving of employee files and related documents. Job requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in human resources is preferred 2.
