We are now seeking a bilingual service specialist to join our team. This is an entry-level position and we will provide on-the-job training. Job content: Assist in office administrative work. Handle business service related work. Understand the company's business and products and be able to answer questions and solve problems for customers. Communicate effectively with domestic colleagues and handle domestic customer issues. Candidates with experience in promoting social media websites such as facebook, instagram, youtube etc. will be given priority! Qualifications: (1) Professional proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing in Chinese and English (2) Must have legal tax filing status (green card or citizen) (3) Applicants with experience in product promotion, facebook, instagram, youtube and other social media website promotion experience will be given priority! (3) Proficient in using computers (especially Word and Excel) (4) Honest and trustworthy, hard-working, optimistic and generous, team player, good professional ethics (5) Full-time position, working hours Monday to Friday (8:00-5:00); Working city: Industrial City, close to Exit 60 and Azusa.
