Use the filing system to maintain personnel files, review timesheets and wages according to employee personal information, and adjust salary differences in a timely manner. Process and issue employee salaries, income and deduction statements. Record employee leave requests, such as FMLA and other personal leave. Check attendance and working time through the time card system. Perform other duties assigned by the management team. Must be able to keep strict confidentiality on work matters within the job. Have intermediate knowledge and operational skills of MS Excel and Word. Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time. Able to complete individual tasks independently and work with a team.
