1. Do everything personally within the department and always participate in the operation of the restaurant, especially during busy periods. 2. Lead employees to prepare meals carefully to ensure quality standards. 3. After the meal is officially opened, supervise the waiters to do a good job in service and personally participate in service work. 4. Understand the speed and situation of serving food on the table in a timely manner, urge dishes in a timely manner, track and inspect, and correct unqualified areas. 5. Manage tableware and restaurant materials well. 6. After the meal, organize the waiters to clear the tables in time, tidy up the restaurant tables and chairs, and keep the restaurant tidy. 7. Do a good job in employee management and training, including but not limited to job skills, service awareness, and service processes. 8. Coordinate relationships with other departments. Job requirements: 1. Vocational secondary school degree or above, computer operation ability; candidates with good English speaking skills are preferred. 2. Strong resistance to pressure, accept flexible working system and new store support arrangements. Working hours: 9:00-18:00 or 12:00-21:00 weekends during the week.
