We are currently seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented outside sales representative to expand our market presence and build strong relationships with industry professionals. Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory. Maintain and enhance business relationships with contractors, builders and designers. Conduct on-site visits, product demonstrations, and sales meetings to engage potential customers. Introduce clients to Charlton Cabinetry's modern cabinet designs, materials and pricing. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales goals. Provide ongoing customer support and after-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term cooperation. Pay attention to industry trends, competitor products, and modern design styles. Use QuickBooks to manage sales records, invoices and transaction information. Applicants with business development or external sales experience, B2B (business to business) sales experience are preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build good relationships with customers. Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple customer accounts. Familiar with regional management strategies and principles. Priority will be given to those who understand industry market trends. Proficient in using QuickBooks software and other sales tools to improve work efficiency. Be self-motivated, able to work independently, and have good teamwork skills.
