The company has currently established cooperative relationships with many world-class hospitals in the United States to provide domestic residents with comprehensive and authoritative overseas remote consultation, overseas treatment, overseas physical examination and other comprehensive medical services. Due to the needs of the company's business development, we are planning to recruit several part-time staff in the Philadelphia area. Job description: 1. Receive domestic customers who come to the United States for medical treatment, including airport pick-up and drop-off. 2. Track translations in the hospital according to customer needs and take care of normal and reasonable daily needs, such as leading customers to medical appointments, making doctor appointments, refunds, shopping, arranging accommodation, etc. 3. Communicate and coordinate effectively with the hospital based on customer medical matters. 4. In case of emergency, be able to handle it quickly. 5. Maintain close contact with domestic colleagues. 6. Part-time, no fixed working hours. Job requirements: 1. Be able to consider patients and their families and provide patient and thoughtful services, with love and responsibility. 2. Have legal status and work permit in the United States. 3. Have a medical or pharmacy background, bachelor degree or above, and have strong bilingual language skills in Chinese and English. 4. Have excellent communication skills and affinity, and be able to communicate well between medical staff, patients and family members. 5. Be able to work at least 3 days a week, be hard-working and able to adapt to the work pattern of leaving early and returning late. 6. It is preferred that you have your own car, a legal driver's license, and no bad driving record in the past five years. 7.
