Introduction: Following the domestic revolution in 1912, China changed its past passive attitude and actively participated in international affairs for the first time. The First World War broke out in 1914. In 1916, China reached an agreement with Britain and France to transport 140,000 Chinese workers to the European battlefield. 90,000 of them were reorganized into the "Chinese Labor Corps" and secretly transferred via the east-west Canadian Pacific Railway, which was built by their own compatriots. More than 5,000 workers died on the European battlefields, but this history is still little known, and the historical mystery remains unsolved: "What exactly did these Chinese workers experience in Europe during World War I?" Production details The crew is currently recruiting 30 extras. The scenes filmed include re-enactments of war scenes. Details are as follows Production company RARE EARTH MEDIA INC. Film category Documentary Role details Notes: The selected Chinese actors must be able to accompany the crew for filming on 4 days during the week of July ● Role 1 and 2 Chinese male, 18-55 years old, speak Chinese, play the Chinese Labor Corps ● Other supporting roles Chinese female, 18-55 years old, speak Chinese, play the Chinese Labor Corps doctor Screening date (time will be announced later) Remuneration All extras will have a basic salary, and the salary for two important roles will be re-determined.
