Work location: New York or other states. The recruitment positions are as follows: Public Relations/Marketing Department: Public Relations Department Functions: 1. Cooperate with the project department to formulate and implement publicity plans for the company's various projects, plan and execute online/offline public relations activities 2. Responsible for the construction and maintenance of the company's website 3. Responsible for the operation of social media platforms, including text writing and picture and video production 4. Establish and maintain good media relations 5. Establish and maintain good (corporate VIP) customer relationships 6. Respond to and properly handle various emergencies that the company may face at any time, and maintain the company's social reputation and good image. Marketing Department Functions: 1. Effectively mine market information and conduct market research 2. Formulate marketing strategies and implement marketing activities 3. Excellent listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in Chinese and English b. Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills c. Familiar with domestic and foreign social media, such as WeChat, Weibo, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc. d. Strong execution ability and experience in planning and preparing activities, meetings, etc. e. Strong logical thinking ability, strong creativity, and love for the public relations/marketing industry f. Able to work more than three days a week Administrative Department: Job functions: a. Based on the company's actual situation and development plan, formulate recruitment plans, implement recruitment activities and complete post-recruitment procedures. b. Assist various departments in training and assessing new and old employees. c. Accept labor disputes between employees and the company and be responsible for resolving them. d. Manage employee compensation and benefits and improve the association’s reward and punishment mechanism. a.
