We are looking for a responsible Office Assistant to join our Sales and Marketing team to assist with day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operations Follow up, order and replace office supplies Organize catering for monthly company lunches and other company events Assist various departments with after-hours and administrative matters Conduct daily market research through data search and marketing lead sorting Answer external calls and file documents Perform related search work and maintain databases File various paperwork and create spreadsheets Bachelor's or associate's degree plus office experience 1 to 3 years of experience in the hospitality or catering industry preferred Good computer skills and communication skills A team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
