The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in sales and customer relationship management to upsell payment processing and credit card terminal services to our existing customers. Critical thinking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills Committed to building relationships and customer service Organize existing customer information and sales opportunities Determine customer business needs to provide compelling quotes, negotiate prices, and close sales effectively Track and update sales stages, documenting topics discussed with customers such as customer expectations, rates offered, and sales barriers Assist customers with submissions and questions prior to go-live date Provide feedback to the Wonders Pay team to enhance the sales and onboarding process Complete other sales duties as assigned 1 More than 20 years of sales-related experience, with experience in merchant services or payment processing preferred. Have a certain understanding of spreadsheets and other computer software for account management and team collaboration. Make at least 200 inbound, outbound and follow-up calls per week. Achieve monthly sales targets within 3 months of joining. Increase conversion rate and average account value. Base salary depends on your current sales experience, starting from $3000/month (paid weekly); There is no upper limit on the commission.
