Description
1. Work under the leadership of the factory director, follow production instructions, lead the team members to use equipment correctly, and produce qualified finished products. Responsible for the production safety, product quality, on-site sanitation, product measurement, etc. of this team. 2. Implement the tasks and instructions issued by superiors, reasonably arrange the positions and types of work of the team members, carefully check the work quality of each process, promptly and correctly handle problems that arise during the production process, effectively organize production, and ensure the completion of tasks. 3. Organize the team members to carefully clean and maintain the machinery and equipment in the production workshop, keep the equipment in good condition at all times, and keep all production links clean and orderly. 4. Take the lead in complying with the company's rules and regulations, educate the employees of the team to strictly follow the operating procedures, correctly use and keep the equipment and tools of the team, use labor protection equipment correctly, and stop illegal operations. 5. 6. After each batch of products is completed, urge all remaining materials such as scraps of cloth and waste to be cleared away in a timely manner. Typesetting: Responsible for typesetting according to the production process order quantity, process requirements, fabric specifications, and unit consumption. 4. Cutting: According to the production process sheet, understand the order making requirements and the characteristics of the fabric to ensure the quality of the cutting pieces. 5. Subcontracting/Quantity: Subcontract the cutting pieces as required and mark the quantity; 6. Inspection of pieces: Check the pieces according to customer requirements or industry requirements; allocate problematic pieces in a timely manner and keep records; 7. Distribution of materials: Accurately issue cutting pieces according to the documents to ensure sufficient supply of pieces to the sewing workshop and not delay workshop production; 8. Keep daily work and production logs. 1. Record the single consumption of clothing cutting work and fabrics, and comprehensive management of the cutting workshop; 2. Have good communication skills, be able to endure hardships, and work seriously and responsibly; 3. Responsible for inspecting the quality and quantity of incoming fabrics, and taking over sample fabrics; 4. Verify the materials used for sample clothes, and record the actual unit consumption according to the needs of actual styles; 5. Special handling of special fabrics to ensure the accuracy of subsequent budget costs; Job Responsibilities: 1. Car label washing, quality and quantity production, skilled business skills; 2. Complete the day's task indicators according to workshop output requirements; 3. Able to solve routine minor problems on the locomotive independently; Job Requirements: 1. Have experience in lathe operation; 2. Be able to withstand work pressure and have a good team spirit; 3. Obey the team leader's arrangements and operate each assigned process carefully 4. Find relevant personnel to deal with problems in a timely manner and do a good job in informatizing material data; 2. Responsible for the receipt, storage and delivery of materials in the warehouse to ensure the safety and effectiveness of materials; 3. Do a good job in warehousing acceptance and timely registration and processing of the system; 4. Responsible for managing the safety inventory of materials in this position, regularly inspecting the warehouse and material storage, and regularly checking the quality and quantity of materials; 5. Reasonably arrange warehouse locations, regularly inventory materials, prepare various material reports in a timely and accurate manner, and ensure that accounts, cards and materials are consistent; 6. Other tasks assigned by superior supervisors and the company. 2. Warehouse management majors are preferred; 3. Relevant work experience and familiarity with material management; 4. Familiar with warehouse management knowledge and proficient in using warehouse ERP and other system software; 5. Have a high sense of responsibility and strong communication skills, work meticulously and conscientiously, and have good team spirit and professionalism.
