Receive customers and provide them with professional real estate consulting services. 2. Understand the core needs of customers, match and provide suitable properties. 3. Establish customer files, integrate customer resources, and coordinate team members to do customer service and customer relationship management. 4. Responsible for the development, maintenance and accumulation of company properties, and establish good business collaboration relationships with owners. 5. Proactively obtain listings from major properties. 6. Responsible for the maintenance of real estate information through online channels, and build a personal professional brand. 1. A licensed real estate agent with sales experience. 2. Good communication skills, positive, optimistic, cheerful, good self-drive and enterprising 3. Internet thinking; sunny, down-to-earth, dreamy, willing to work hard to realize personal value 4. Willing to serve high-end customers, and willing to improve their comprehensive abilities through face-to-face communication with high-end customers 5. Ability to proactively contact and follow up with customers 1. Complete real estate training courses 2. Professional lawyer consultation, support from legal lawyers and tax lawyers 3. Generous commissions and generous annual/quarterly bonuses 4. The company has a team system, and experienced sales team leaders will lead newcomers one-on-one. 5. Provide various resources and a customer promotion system for newcomers to help them quickly familiarize themselves with the industry. 6. Personal brand image packaging and marketing support from the marketing department. 7. Career advancement space: Establish your own sales team. 8.
