Receive customers entering the store and introduce flower products. Organize the store, assist with packaging, and basic cleaning. Assist with daily flower shelving and inventory management. Monday to Sunday shift system (negotiable), 10:00AM - 6:00PM. Hourly salary: $17 - $19/h (depending on experience). Priority will be given to those who like flowers and are willing to learn basic floral art. 2. Flower Arranger/Florist Responsible for bouquets, flower baskets, wedding/event floral design Maintain the freshness of flower materials and manage the flower arrangement area Monday to Saturday, 9:30AM - 5:30PM Hourly salary: $20 - $26/h (based on experience) Have certain experience in flower arrangement and be able to complete bouquets independently Good aesthetics, good communication skills, like creative design Whatsapp/phone to receive orders, handle customer inquiries Record orders, arrange delivery and communicate with florists about needs Shift system, can be full-time or part-time, time flexibility Hourly salary: $17 - $20/h (evaluated based on communication skills) Fast typing, clear expression in both Chinese and English Proficient in using social software, good service awareness Deliver flowers to customers on time and safely according to orders Assist in carrying large floral arrangements (such as wedding scenes) Mainly day shift, shifts need to be arranged during holidays Hourly salary: $18 - $22/h (can claim oil reimbursement) Hold a valid driver's license, familiar with local routes Punctual, responsible, able to complete tasks independently Stable job, on time pay, can file taxes Holiday flower arrangement benefits and a relaxed working atmosphere. People who have no basic knowledge of flower art but are willing to learn are welcome. Training is available in the store. Those with outstanding performance have room for promotion and the opportunity to become full-time.
