Recruiting an eyewear designer, legal identity required, to design creative and functional eyeglass frames. Design style usually needs to take into account fashion trends and comfort to ensure that it meets the needs of different customers. Need to work closely with the production team, marketing team, purchasing team and quality control team to ensure that the design can be smoothly moved from concept to product realization. Designers need to perform quality control on the final products of the glasses to ensure that each pair of glasses meets design standards, including appearance quality, functionality, comfort, etc. Some experience in eyewear design is required, or work experience in a related design field (e.g., accessories, jewelry design, or other consumer product design). Junior eyewear designer (1-3 years of experience): monthly salary 3,000-5,000. Intermediate eyewear designer (3-5 years of experience): monthly salary 5,000-7,000. Senior eyewear designer (more than 5 years of experience): monthly salary 7,000-11,000, and some senior positions are even higher.
