In this role you will work closely with other senior leaders across various departments. ·Proactively determine the scope of technical solutions required to solve customer needs, assess customer needs, and recommend solutions that optimize value for customers and Hanshow; monitor transaction progress from a pre-sales perspective and focus on how to maximize customer and business value solution persistence; ·Provide high-level solution demonstrations for all related activities, establish and validate value solutions in workshops or meetings with customers; demonstrate solutions and their capabilities at proposal defense meetings and customer discussions; ·Deliver RFx responses and produce customer proposals and POCs; ·Work closely with internal teams to align solution design with customers' business needs; ·Achieve assigned profit growth goals within assigned product lines, market regions, channels or supported teams; ·Provide support and assistance to team members and colleagues to achieve high levels of team performance; ·Maintain excellent market knowledge and professional skill levels. · At least an undergraduate degree in computer science, electronics, telecommunications or related fields; · 3-5 years of relevant work experience; · Proficient in using Gantt charts, MySQL, Microsoft tools (such as MS Projects, MS excel, MS Power Point, MS Visio and other software); · Master at least one skill in Linux operating systems other than Windows, and have relevant experience; · Able to coordinate multiple projects at the same time, good at assessing risks and possessing project management skills; · Possess the ability to establish and expand business networks; ·Possess good communication skills in both Chinese and English and have a team spirit; ·Higher than the average salary in related industries. ·Potential and sustainable self-development prospects. ·Professional and open communication environment. ·Provide flexible office arrangements including remote working.
