Contact information: Please send your resume to HR Generalist Alexis Liz Position 1: Store Manager Position Summary: Folli Follie Store Manager is responsible, both personally and through the management of their sales team, for driving sales results, recruiting and building talent, delivering operational excellence, including inventory management, and developing brand loyalty in order to deliver a world class shopping experiences. Role and Responsibilities 1. Drive Sales Results • Meet or exceed daily, monthly and annual Key Performance Indicators by analyzing key business metrics, developing action plans, communicating ways to drive the business and managing performance of sales associates • Develop and grow a Clientele network to drive sales through events, promotions and new client acquisition • Personally responsible for driving sales of store sales through strong personal client book • Create and nurture a sense of accountability and entrepreneurial spirit within all associates to drive increased business 2. Recruit and Build Talent: • Source, hire, develop and retain Best in Class Sales team • Consistently seek talent and network to create a pool of qualified candidates • Demonstrate and role model Maintain principles and behaviors and create a great place to work every day • Provide consistent positive and constructive feedback to deliver on brand service expectations • Ensure consistent training and development of the team • Cultivate an environment where associates respect and adhere to Company standards of integrity and ethics 3.
