Each new member will receive eight professional training courses, which cover the following topics: 1) Real Estate 101 2) Market Research 3) Sales Tactics 4) Mortgage 5) Inspection and Closing 6) Ethics and Law 7) Real Estate Investment Analysis 8) Real Estate Taxes (including foreign real estate tax) (including Foreign investor) Skills and experience requirements: 1) Minimum bachelor's degree, any major 2) Passionate about real estate, and a strong desire to learn and be able to quickly understand the industry, familiar with industry operations 3) Trustworthy and honest, abide by industry regulations 4) Entrepreneurial spirit, teamwork spirit 5) Young and enterprising 6) Good interpersonal communication skills 7) Strong sense of responsibility, willing to help team members grow A real estate sales license is preferred; legal work status is required.
