Recruiting sales staff, basic salary and generous commissions

East Coast International Tire Company is a professional company engaged in tire import and wholesale business. As the company continues to grow, the company is now looking for 1-2 sales staff who are motivated, responsible and have relevant experience. The salesperson's main responsibilities include expanding the market, developing new customers and completing established sales. In addition, the salesperson must also be competent in market research, business analysis and general office affairs. Specific requirements: Good at communicating with customers and able to effectively communicate with all departments of the company. Have the language skills required for both face-to-face communication and telephone communication. Candidates with more than two years of sales experience in the automobile/tire industry are preferred. Possess professional knowledge of the tire industry, tire service and wholesale business. Ability to effectively manage the entire sales cycle (from quotation to settlement). Be able to effectively coordinate with the warehouse and transportation department to ensure that each order is shipped in time and cleared on time. Candidates who are good at using daily computer software, such as Microsoft software, and candidates with experience in using B2B e-commerce software are preferred. Able to perform multiple tasks while still focusing on the details of each job. Able to lift and carry tires weighing up to 43 pounds. Candidates with relevant professional background are preferred.
