Obridge Academy is an AdvancED-accredited online high school (grades 6-12) located on Long Island. Due to business needs, we are recruiting a market development manager. Main job responsibilities - Eurobridge College is expanding the Test Prep tutoring center. The marketing manager needs to be responsible for the market development and enrollment of the tutoring center. - Establish good relationships with school districts, institutions, etc. to promote Ouqiao College courses. - Assist the school in online marketing Job requirements - More than 3 years of marketing experience in the education industry - Good teamwork skills - Familiarity with online promotion is preferred Job benefits - Basic salary Bonus - Medical insurance - Paid leave - Other benefits Manager of Business Development This is a new position for a seasoned candidate who can work mostly independently, but also as a member of a student-oriented team. Obridge is an accredited, online 6-12 school with students from across the US and other countries. We are growing and need someone who can support current business partnerships as well as identify and foster new ones. The focus will be on local districts and agencies, with additional opportunities across the country and abroad. The right candidate must be a self-starter with strong speaking and presentation skills and the ability to create and maintain strong, professional internal and external relationships. A background with a combination of academic, financial, and marketing experience is preferable. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: -Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential growth areas -Forecast and plan marketing/sales pipelines -Generate contractual leads and drive results -Manage on-site ancillary programs (tutoring, test prep, summer programs, live classes) -Strengthen and support the administrative team in all aspects of student services -Assist with various new projects as needed Desired Qualifications -Professional experience in education and business (3 years and plus) -Skilled in digital marketing -Experience working with administrators, teachers, families, and students -Knowledge of the Long Island education landscape -Understanding of educational trends and student needs Reminder: Do not rush to remit money or pay a deposit before seeing the real thing to avoid being cheated.
