Independently responsible for the real estate rental business in the area; 2. Independently develop potential customers and maintain your own customer channels; 3. Independently responsible for the development and accumulation of housing resources, and establish long-term good cooperative relationships with owners and management companies; 4. Independently responsible for business orders, manage the lease signing process, and lead your sales team to complete the monthly quota; 5. Complete other sales-related tasks of the company. Job requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Business/Finance/RealEstate is preferred; 2. Have a certain understanding of the real estate industry, good at integrating resources, pitch real estate deals; 3. Very familiar with at least one of the five New York boroughs, Long Island and Northern New Jersey; 4. Priority is given to those with a real estate salesperson license; 5. Priority is given to those with 1-3 years of sales experience or related industry experience; 6. Proficient English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills; 7. Proficient in using social media and understanding the main social media tools; 8. Having legal working status in the United States; 9.
