The Amazon/e-commerce platform operating company is currently expanding its business and needs an Amazon platform operator. Job Responsibilities: · Create, launch, modify and update new Amazon products · Web page layout, including template design, image modification · Edit product catalog, including product content writing, picture editing and typesetting · Arrange monthly promotional activities to stimulate customer views and product sales · Manage and reply to emails from various e-commerce accounts · Always monitor inventory sales and updates, follow up and communicate with Chinese manufacturers · Maintain good relationships with customers, follow up product after-sales service and customer evaluations via email in a timely manner Job requirements: · Must be able to read and write English and Chinese fluently · Familiar with and understand Amazon's rules, including seller rules, market services, etc. · Have a certain understanding of Google search rankings, and other similar web data analysis platforms · Work carefully and carefully, and be able to find and solve problems in a timely manner · At least one to two years of Amazon seller platform management experience, other platforms such as WIX, SHOPIFYY, EBAY are considered plus points · Proficiency in operating OFFICE software, such as WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, ADOBE or PHOTOSHOP, is considered a bonus.
