Technology Company Wants Credit Card Sales Representative! Good pay and benefits!

Wonders is a rapidly growing restaurant technology company based in Long Island City, New York. As an online technology customer service platform that connects restaurants and call center agents, we provide customers with a satisfying order experience, helping restaurant owners retain customers and build business. We are looking for multiple sales representatives to join our Wonders Pay credit card processing team. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in sales and customer relationship management to upsell payment processing and credit card terminal services to our existing customers. Make at least 200 inbound, outbound, and follow-up calls per week Achieve monthly sales goals within 3 months of onboarding Increase conversion rates and average account value Critical thinking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills Committed to relationship building and customer service Build a sales portfolio by researching existing customer databases Determine customer business needs to provide attractive quotes, negotiate prices, and close sales effectively Track and update sales stages and pipeline Document topics discussed with customers such as customer expectations, rates offered, roadblocks, and reasons for rejection Assist customers with paperwork, onboarding and non-technical support prior to go-live date Provide feedback to the Wonders Pay team to enhance the sales and onboarding process Complete other sales duties as assigned 1+ years of cold/hotline experience, preferably from a B2B background Prior experience in merchant services or payment processing preferred Demonstrated understanding of spreadsheets and other computer tools for account management and team collaboration Proven track record of successful sales delivering innovative solutions to customers Base salary plus generous sales commission (no cap) Please send your resume to: Or call 917-565-8831 for consultation.
